Dear Limmudniks,

1. Registration for LIMMUD FSU Recharge is open!

In these challenging times for everyone, we want to focus on strengthening the Jewish community in the United States and across the globe. We want to invite you to join our 2022 conference LIMMUD FSU Recharge taking place at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel: 199 Smith Rd, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054 from May 20 to May 22.

2. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

Please note LIMMUD FSU Recharge conference is an indoor event. We will follow COVID-19 CDC guidelines to keep our participants and presenters safe. We are requiring all the participants ages 2 and up to provide negative COVID-19 PCR test results. Tests need to be taken within 48 hours of the start of the Conference in order to participate.
We will monitor the situation closely and reserve the right to revise the safety guidelines closer to the time of the Conference.

3. Food:

Limmud FSU will provide strictly kosher food (included in the cost), which will include:

Friday: snacks and sandwiches upon arrival, dinner and a night snack
Saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner
Sunday: breakfast and lunch in the containers to go

We will have coffee breaks throughout the day at the conference

4. Program:

For adults, we are planning intellectually stimulating content and hands-on experiences.

For children ages 3-10, the program will include sessions and workshops, shows and games.

For those ages 11-14, the program will be held at the teen lounge.

5. Pricing:

Adults
Early bird (before 5/3/2022) - $350.00/person,
after that, all adults - $400.00/person

Teens, ages 13-17 - $150/person

Children, ages 3-12 - $100/person

Children under 3 years old - FREE

Costs for adults, teens and children are based on two adults or families with children room occupancy

Single room (one adult per room occupancy) — $600/room

Student Rate, ages 18-25 (3 young adults per room option)
Early bird (before 5/3/2022) - $200/person,
after that, all students - $250/person

Must present a valid Student ID and commit to 2 hours of volunteering at Limmud

There will be NO TICKET SALE at the venue on the day of the event (May, 20th).

6. Cancellation policy

All cancellations are accepted till May, 5th.
If you have to cancel your ticket after May, 5th we will be able to do it only if we have a participant who is ready to purchase your ticket.
